StlFactory provides digital 3D model generation and downloadable STL files through a recurring subscription. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, this policy explains how billing, trials, and refunds work.
If your subscription includes a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and your first payment is taken, the subscription becomes a paid, non-refundable term.
Payments for subscription periods that begin after the trial ends are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or models you did not generate, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You keep access to premium features until that period ends.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing, payment, and subscription transactions on our behalf.
Because Paddle is the vendor of record, refunds are subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. Any refund that is granted will be processed by Paddle.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms, please email support@stlfactory.net or contact Paddle directly. We will work with Paddle to review eligible requests.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
